Overall stays good. Roos are very specious. Shuttle service was excellent. We didn’t have wait for shuttle buses al all.

Room size, facilities and value

Travelling to and from the hotel to Haram. Specially, after getting off the shuttle bus, it is another 3-5 minutes walk which is pedestrian friendly.

Lovely hotel with unhelpful reception staff

The royal suite was lovely and spacious. Housekeeping was very responsive and they came immediately when we called and even called back to check if we were helped. The shuttle service to and from haram was excellent we never had to wait.

The only problem we had was check in. I couldn't get the place for the night before and we were landing early morning in Makkah. Requested early check in way in advance and was told that they will try and help me when I get there. On arrival the guy at reception told us to go do umrah and they will see what they can do when we get back. There were new people at reception when we got back and they were very unhelpful . Refused to help us till exactly 4 pm and not even a minute before. The kids were tired and feeling sick but they were totally unsympathetic. We saw other people check in from 2pm but they refused to help us at all. Very disappointing

Good hotel (clean) and good price

This is my second stay in the hotel. I chose it because there is a bus every 5 mins. This time it was a bit croweded most of the time (but this is a season) , last time it was August and the bus wasnt crowded. But it is a 4 mins trip to haram by bus so not an issue. I usually complain that the worst thing in the hotel is the slow house keeping but this time i informed this about this point and they tried to fix it. Not the best but they meed to hire more staff if they are expanding. I even had a complimentary from booking. Anyway it is a clean hotel with good price and you reacg haram in 4 mins by bus + 4 mins walking which is great i guess.

They need to hire more staff for house keeping to be faster.

Reserved it through booking.com Great value of money. Worth what u spend as rent money.

Extremely fancy, decorative+cozy rooms. Extremely fancy and clean washrooms. Best shuttle service available every 10mins, 24 hrs a day. Compliments like electric kettle, microwave, iron stand, unlimited tea,coffee and sugar saches alrrady available in the room.

No internet facility up on the 17th floor.

Good Hotel to stay in.

24/7 transportation service to Haram which is exceptional. Hotel Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are very cosy and spacious as compared to other hotels nearby.

I didn't like the staff behaviour at the desk. They should be trained to deal with the clients.

They have changed the rules of breakfast. They should inform the clients of the new rules in advance. Moreover, the cancellation should be free as used to be in the past. They should not change the tape of room the client selected for any reason.

I am an old client of the hotel but this time I found it very different and the kind of treatment is not nice. They have no right to change the booked rooms for any reason and if they need to change it for any reason, the client should be informed immediately at the desk.

Comfortable clean bed Bathroom is clean and good. Buses are good. Nice staff.

It is far from the centre and isolated, far from shopping centres. Old furniture and carpets Old TV No hair drayer available in the room Saver box was not working.
